SBS World News Report: Multiracial football team set-up

When the

Brunswick Zebras

requested a grant of $3, 875 from Sports Without Borders to help Muslim girls in their community join their soccer league, they described the sport as a language everyone understands. We agreed. Sport helps to hold communities together, break down cultural barriers, increase confidence and show individuals the value of discipline and teamwork. If disadvantaged or migrant kids within your community could benefit from a direct grant from Sports Without Borders, please visit

sportswithoutborders.org

and make an application (in one of

seven languages

).
